Returns and Exchanges

Returns due to customer preferences, such as "the product does not match the image" or "the size does not fit," are accepted only if they meet our return conditions. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original condition. However, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Note: In the case of returns due to customer preferences, refund fees will also be the customer's responsibility (fees may include bank transfer fees, COD fees, credit card fees, administrative fees, etc.).

For defective products, while we ensure the highest quality, if there are damages or defects, or if the product received is different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We will promptly process the exchange (shipping and refund fees will be covered by us, and we will promptly send a new product). If an exchange product is not available, we will cover the shipping and refund fees and process the return and refund.

Note: If the cancellation occurs after the credit card company's closing date, it may take several months to process the refund (we do not issue cash refunds for credit card payments). Please contact your credit card company for details.
