Shipping policy

Shipping Fees

For Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu, the shipping fee is 800 yen. For Okinawa, an additional 650 yen will be charged.

Orders over 30,000 yen (excluding tax) will be shipped free of charge.

Shipping Method

The shipping method will be specified by our store, and customers cannot choose the shipping method.

Shipping Time

We will ship your order within 5 business days.

Please note that this does not apply in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events.

Damage During Shipping

We take great care in preparing shipments to ensure that the outer box is not damaged or dented. However, after handing the package over to the shipping carrier, there may be a possibility of damage due to transport issues or the carrier’s responsibility.

We ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the usability of the product.
